What is EndoAI?
EndoAI is a private companion for living with endometriosis. It lets you track symptoms in under 90 seconds a day, see patterns in your own body over time, and prepare organised information for your healthcare appointments. It is a tracking and education tool — not a medical device, and it does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password. If you don't receive a password-reset or confirmation email, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the correct address.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open the Profile tab in the app. You can export your account and health data as a JSON file, or delete your account and associated data. Deletion removes account and health data from active application systems. A minimal non-identifying deletion event record may be retained for security and compliance. You can also email support@endoaiapp.co.uk with the subject "Delete My Account".
What is EndoAI Plus and how do I manage it?
EndoAI Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited Companion conversations, your full Story Archive, Doctor Report export, and the complete Health Intelligence view. It's billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Use "Restore purchase" on the EndoAI Plus screen if you've changed devices.
Does EndoAI work offline?
Daily check-ins are designed to save on your device and sync automatically when you're back online. Keep EndoAI installed and allow syncing to finish before changing or resetting your device.
Is my health data private?
Your health data is protected with Row-Level Security, which restricts normal signed-in account access to that account's records. Authorised server-side functions may access data only where needed to operate documented features. Data is protected in transit and at rest. We never sell your data or use it to advertise to you. Can EndoAI tell me if I have endometriosis?
No. EndoAI shares observations and patterns from the information you log to help you and your healthcare professional have a more informed conversation. It cannot and does not diagnose, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care.
